Q: How do I reserve my items?
Its Easy! Select your preferred date(s) and time that you would like to reserve products on our homepage. Go to our inventory page and add all the products you would like to reserve to your cart. If you need delivery and set-up services, then don't forget to add those as well. Go to your cart and click proceed to checkout. Once there, you will need to input the full address of the drop-off location in the notes and we can take of the rest!
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes! At Upglow we truly make an effort to provide our customers with a completely hassle-free experience from start to finish. This is why we offer full delivery, set-up and takedown services so that you can strictly focus on you on your special night!
Q: Is delivery and setup included in the rental fee?
No, any delivery, set-up and take-down services will be extra. Our rates varies based on the location you would like our team to drop-off and pick-up your items. If you would like delivery services for locations outside of Ottawa, please give us a call and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: How far in advance should I book my rentals?
To secure your desired items, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. After all, it wouldn't be the first time we magic happen on short notice!
Q: Do you have any other color options? or only white lights?
We do! We carry Pure White, Warm White, Red and Green. We can also source other colors such as red, green, yellow, purple, orange, teal, fuscia, and lime. To see our full collection of Items and color options, you can call in or email us with your color preference on the day of your booking.
Q: What happens if a rented item is damaged during my event?
We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately, and we'll work together to find a solution, including repair or replacement depending on the severity of the damage.
Q: Are there any additional fees besides the rental cost?
No, we like to keep our pricing transparent. Any additional fees, such as delivery or setup charges, will need to be added to your cart prior to checking out. Everything is clearly communicated during the booking process.
Q: Can I view the marquee lights and backdrops in person before renting?
Of course! We actually encourage you to schedule a visit with us to come see our marquee lights and backdrops up close and in action. This way you know what to expect on your special night and to be honest, photos of our products don't do justice. They are absolutely stunning in person!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, e-transfers and cheques, all for your convenience.
